Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have clear rights over the personal data we process. Andaralpha respects them in full.

Right of access

You can ask us for a copy of all the personal data we hold about you, free of charge.

Right to rectification

If any data is incorrect or out of date, we correct it on request.

Right to erasure

You can ask us to delete your data. We do so within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.

Right to portability

You can receive your data in a structured, commonly used format to transfer to another service.

Right to object

You can object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time.
